AP22 Wobble Pump
Long-Coupled PD Pump with Mechanical Seal
The AP22 CSQM Wobble Pump offers a single joint design with flow operating conditions of 0 to 4.9 GPM up to 100 psi and ships fully assembled with mechanical seal, buna nitrile stator, a hard-chrome plated stainless steel rotor and can be ordered in either cast-iron or with a stainless steel casing.
Unlike the limitations of a standard Positive Displacement Pump (PD Pump), the unique construction of the Wobble Pump allows for multiple low-shear pumping applications in differing fields. The deflection capability of the "wobble stator" design accommodates large particulate matter in various thick or viscid fluids easily such as general transfer pump applications with high solids content such as Leachate Collection and Slurry Systems.
The AP22 ships as the Long-Coupled version with threaded connections and is ready for baseplate mounting or to be coupled to the .5, .75, 1, 1.5 or 2 HP motor of your choice. The small size of the AP22 allows for great flexibility in placement.
