Liberty LL12 Grease & Scum Removal and Transfer Pump
The Liberty LL12 Series PC Pump is a standard flanged pump manufactured with cast iron or 316 stainless steel casings and designed in 1, 2, and 3 stages for 75, 150 and 225 psi discharge pressures and is carried in stock by Liberty Process.
The LL12 has a Flow rate (123-391 GPM) and is ideal for the pumping of heavy greases and scum.
The LL12 series of progressive cavity pumps and pump parts are supplied as 100% replacement parts for your Moyno® L12-Frame and Tarby® TL12 Frame and Continental® CL12 pumps. Parts such as Rotors, Stators, Connecting Rods, Seals, Gasketery and more are designed to be 100% drop-in ready to use.
The pump unit is a modular design with simple hardened pinned joint drive assembly. Rotors are typically hardened tool steel or 316 stainless steel with a hard chrome plating for long life in abrasive and erosive applications. All other wetted parts are either carbon steel or 316 stainless steel for added durability.
