The Liberty LL3 Progressive Cavity Pump is an affordable and dependable drop-in replacement non-pulsating progressive cavity pump which is an ideal solution for your low-flow rate and high viscosity pumping applications at 2.7 to 10 GPM. It is ideal for pumping the latex in the carpet manufacturing industry such as adhesives, backing and filler materials as well as other viscous and abrasive liquids.
The LL3 series of progressive cavity pump parts are supplied as 100% drop in aftermarket replacement parts for your Moyno® L3-Frame, Continental® CL3 Frame and Tarby® TL3 Frame pumps. Parts such as Rotors, Stators, Connecting Rods, Seals, Gasketery and more and is designed for either 1, 2, or 3 pumping stages for 75, 150 or 225 psi discharge pressures.
The LL3 Series PC Pump is a standard flanged pump design with a body made in either Cast Iron or 316 Stainless Steel. The LL3 Series Pump unit is a modular design with a simple pinned-joint drive assembly.
