The LL8 series of progressive cavity pumps and pump parts are supplied as 100% drop in aftermarket replacement parts for your Moyno® L8-Frame and Tarby® TL8 Frame and Continental CL8 pumps.The Liberty LL8 Series PC Pump is a standard flanged pump made in cast iron or 316 stainless steel. Pump casings and designed in 1, 2, and 3 stages for 75, 150 and 225 psi discharge pressures and a Flow rate of (11.7 gallons/100 revolutions) 15 up to 100 GPM.
The pump unit is a modular design with simple hardened pinned joint drive assembly. The LL8 Rotors are typically hardened tool steel or 316 stainless steel with a hard chrome plating for long life in abrasive pumping applications. All other wetted parts are either carbon steel or 316 stainless steel.
The Liberty unit is a low-cost, maintenance free, dependable drop-in replacement progressive cavity pump. Parts such as Rotors, Stators, Connecting Rods, Seals, Gasketery and more are all available as quality aftermarket replacement pump parts for your existing pump assembly.
