Heavy-Duty PC Pumps for difficult pumping applications
The Millennium Series of Heavy-Duty Progressive Cavity Pumps is designed for the most difficult positive displacement pumping applications today. It's robust design is ideal for heavy and abrasive sludges, greases and slurries in wastewater reclaimation such as RAS and TWAS applications in industrial manufacturing plants with a pumping range from 0-788 GPM at pressures up to 170 PSI.
The Millennium Series offers direct drop-in aftermarket replacement pc pump parts for the *Moyno® 2000 Series, *Tarby® Century 5 Series, and *Continental CG Series of OEM pumps and pump parts.
Millennium pumps are built with a cast iron bearing frame and heavy-duty bearings to transmit heavy work loads easily and provide long service life. The pumps positive sealed universal joints keep the lubricant in and dirt and other foreign contaminants out during operation. The pump rotor is made from hardened tool or corrosion-resistant stainless steel and then hard chrome-plated for increased life. Special wear coatings like titanium or other exotic coatings are available upon request.
