Victory VBN Series Progressive Cavity Pump

Replacement Parts for Seepex® BN Series

Liberty Process Equipment offers aftermarket parts to fit Seepex® Series BN Progressive Cavity Pumps. For these parts we have created the VBN series, a direct aftermarket replacement for the Seepex® BN series. Liberty Process stocks many of the most popular available sizes of rotors, stators, coupling rods, joint kits, seals, and other spares to keep your Seepex® BN series pumps up and running and to minimize unnecessary downtime.

Liberty Process Equipment's VBN Series stocks sizes of 005 through 70, we stock pressure stages in 6L, 6, 12, and 24 geometries. Rotors are stocked in hard chrome plated tool steel and 316 stainless steel and stators are stocked in Buna-Nitrile rubber (NBR) and Viton. Coupling rods are stocked in 316 stainless steel, and joint sleeves are stocked in NBR.

Other materials are available such as: stainless steel, Viton®, EPDM, Hypalon, natural rubber, and other exotic elastomer blends depending upon your process application.

VBN Seals

Liberty processs Equipment aftermarket Seepex® VBN Series seals come readily available with silicone carbide seal faces, nitrile and viton elastomers, and 316 stainless steel metal parts. All packing sets are pre-cut, formed, and packaged with the quantity of pieces necessary to properly repack your pump for optimal operability.

VBN Stators

All replacement Progressive Cavity Pump Stators for Seepex® BN and MD Series pumps are available for immediate shipment in Buna, Viton, EPDM as well as Food Grade EPDM. By utilizing Victory VBN Series Progressive Cavity Pump Stators you can be guaranteed the same volumetric efficiency, sealing capabilities and pressure stability as OEM brands.

Liberty Process Equipment stocks an extensive range of aftermarket rotors for many popular models of Seepex® pumps. Our Rotors are manufactured from high quality 316 Stainless Steel and hardened tool steel from solid bar-stock and precision machined to exact tolerances.

Each Liberty processs Equipment Universal Joint Kit contains parts to repair one Joint End. The following Parts are included in a Universal Joint Kit: (1) Cover Sleeve (NBR or Viton), (2) Guide Bushings, (1) Coupling Rod Bushing, (2) Stainless Steel Clamping Bands, (1) Coupling Rod Pin.
